ParTeG is provided as a plug-in for Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede). Eclipse 3.5 (Galileo) is not supported, yet. The location of the update site is http://parteg.sourceforge.net/update Please use the Eclipse update manager to install the plug-in. You can also watch a screencast that shows how to install the eclipse plug-in. The tool is still under development. If you find some bugs, then please report them to me.
